Anti corrosion steel pipes are usually coated with paint, asphalt, or galvanized to prevent corrosion, while plastic coated steel pipes are welded with a plastic anti-corrosion layer on the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipes through spraying, rolling, immersion, and suction processes.
Both have good anti-corrosion performance, but the anti-corrosion layer of coated steel pipes is more uniform and has stronger adhesion. Therefore, in some special environments, the anti-corrosion performance of coated steel pipes may be superior.
